Haha... i just looked at how pathetically long i haven't updated my blog for...
YIKES!
almost 2 months
haha
well just thought i'd update :D

Im in NS now... Life there is tough
Physically challenging but im not so bummed by that...
Its the emotional and mental torture that i find myself weak against.
For the first few weeks ive been just emo-ing and even spiritually i find myself struggling some... cuz i hardly have time to read the bible.
Later on however, i found i could read it in the dark with a torch under my blanket. :D
Thank God.
Been reading mainly Psalms. I try to pray the Psalms. And i have learnt that despite all the lousiness of NS, i found i could give thanks for lotsa things.
I just went thru the 5th week of my PTP course. 3 more weeks.
Somehow im a bit sad. lol
3 weeks and its bye bye to most of my platoon mates. The same guys hu went thru the same torture i did. We have formed a great friendship and yet despite being glad that The tough part of NS is almost over, its sad to part just like that.
Hopefully we get into same vocations :D

Im hoping i get into a vocation based in the CDA so that i can make it into MPAC (Music and Performing Arts Club)
My goal at the end of NS is to get into SP for the Digital Music and Audio Technology Course. But since im gonna be up against the other O lvl students, i better make a very appealing Portfolio this 2 years. I believe MPAC can gimme that chance :D
But to get into MPAC, 1st criteria is that my vocation has to be based at CDA lol

I still dread having to go back in every sunday, but once im there, im glad to have those bunk mates :)
Jokers will always be jokers, but whats life without some trouble makers huh?

but im giving my sis my AINO phone for it... lol
well its ok i guess :)

Yesterday was my sis birthday... 8th april.
but i couldnt celebrate with her cuz of NS... lol thats the sucky bit of NS
The Weekday confinement is a shitty rule...
But im thankful at least we get to come out each weekend :)
When we get posted to our vocations though, at least we can all bookout each day :D
The timing is supposed to be 8am to 5pm everyday from then on :D
awesome :P

I wonder what i will be able to do with NS. So much uncertainty... its kinda scary...
but :)

Though i walk the darkest path, i will not fear the evil one. For You are with me and Your Rod and Staff are the comfort i need to know :)

Lately i been listening to this song by Casting Crowns
Titled : While You Were Sleeping

This song makes so much sense... Lets replace the word America with the words Oasis.
It sounds almost like a wake up call for us :)
Would we be sleeping? i dunno...
